An expansion of a small family house into a 3 generation house considering a mother who is growing old.
The discussion with the client was to redesign the kitchen in the ground floor and extend the footprint of the house to create a private lounge with an en-suite which can also be converted into a bedroom in the future if needed.
The upper floor needed a new bedroom with an en-suite and an expansion of an existing room.
